• Intuitive Spreadsheet Programming. Test parameters are easily entered into an Excel-like spreadsheet allowing the test engineer to intuitively construct the programs. Each row represents a test, and each column represents a test pin.

• Quick Test Debugging. In the password-protected engineering mode, users can also program conditions and limits by simply double-clicking a cell.
