The IC200 software is a simple, GUI (Graphical User Interface) that provides all the necessary functions of a typical integrated circuit test system. 

This includes:

• Spreadsheet fill-in-the-blanks programming
• Resource-to-DUT pin allocations using drop-down boxes
• Debugging tools like skipping tests, and pausing on a test
• Datalogging and summary sheets in Excel-compatible format

The programmer's interface is based on the intuitive spreadsheet grid model.  This allows fast and simple program generation and debugging.  Cut-and-paste functions are used to churn out similar tests in seconds.  Details are hidden, but easily accessible by simply double-clicking the spreadsheet cell.  This opens the appropriate dialog box.  The example below shows a ramping function.
