• Maximum Configuration of 8 Boards can address up to 256 DUT Pins
• Each Board may be Configured to Route:
    o 8 VI-Sources to any of 8 DUT Pins at the Loadboard, or
    o 4 Sources to any of 16 DUT Pins, or
    o 2 Sources to any of 32 DUT Pins
• Crosspoints have Double Pole Relay, with VI-Source Output (Force) & Kelvin Connection (Sense) running
   Independently to each Pole
• Source & Kelvin shorted together at the Output to the Loadboard
• Relays are included in the Feedback Path
• Ultra-Reliable Coto Relays are used
