The IC100-P is an automatic, multi-channel, parametric tester for DC analysis of integrated circuits, discretes and more. Applications include O/S & Leakage testing, and pin analysis via our Curve-Tracer simulator.

The IC100-S offers a large variety of fast and powerful instruments such as Digital I/O, Serial Ports, DDS Sinewave, Time-Interval Analyzer, and a 24-bit ADC.
